   I get it. You're busy!  You have one, two, three....maybe even 4 or more kids. You have a job or maybe you stay at home with the kids (which is much harder than a J-O-B). You might coach a softball or a football team. You might be a Girl Scout or Boy Scout Leader. I can relate, I'm a busy parent with two kids of my own.

Before you get scared away, let me explain briefly what fasting really is and why it's so unbelievable not just for weight loss, but for your overall health as well.
